I just watched Panorama about Euro 2012. I am shocked that I am seeing the Hitler salute in 2012, do we imagine that world war 2 cannot happen again. At the moment it is in football matches, where and what will happen in the future.
I am both angry and sad at the same time to see the violence and hatred displayed towards people of colour.
The people interviewed were proud of thier beliefs and said they only took the "positives" from that era.
With a mother who lived through the war, even though very young. I do not see any positives at all in what hitler stood for or what was done during that time to the Jews or anyone else.
As person with A.S I would very probably been sent to the gas chambers myself. For this reason I do not support the far right whereever they are and whatever they do.
Getting rid of people that do not fit in is not the answer, to the problems we are facing in the West, the answer is probably to do more for foreign people and be kind to them.
I can see where this is all coming from and I understand that they feel that the world has delt them a hard deal, violence to people of colour fullfills something in them, but the outcome of a spread of this kind of "patriotic"behaviour is utter distruction and it will lead us to places we do not want to go.
Giving Euro 2012 to those nations has only given fuel to the fire, and makes it really questionable on all levels.
I will be praying for this situation, and hope that anyone who reads this will too, because there is potential for something really nasty to happen and the continued escalation of this rise of the "Patriots"
